Coffee Roasting

The stages of coffee roasting are crucial for developing its aroma and flavor. After careful selection, the blend is created and weighed. At this point, the blended and weighed coffee is roasted, a process called roasting.
During roasting, the green beans are gradually heated, changing from green to yellow, then light brown, and finally dark brown. Each phase releases complex aromas and flavors, determining the unique character of each cup of coffee.
